GALAXY S5 IS NOW OFFICIAL

We have all been waiting for the announcement of Galaxy S5 smartphone from Samsung, and now finally its official. The device looks little slimmer and larger than the previous model Galaxy S4, it is also worth noting that the company has incorporated the awkward looking micro USB 3 port in the device just like the Galaxy Note 3

SIZE COMPARISON OF THE GALAXY S5

The design of the phone is completely revamped although the front looks like any other Galaxy Smartphone. The rear panel of the phone has a texture with dots on it. Another thing worth noting is that the Galaxy S5 has a slightly bigger home button compared to other Galaxy devices, well that may be due to the built-in finger print scanner that’s embedded in the home button.
The bottom of the phone has the Multi-tasking buttonHome button and the back key. Only the home button is physical one and rest 2 are capacitive touch buttons

Samsung Galaxy S5 at a glance:

  • Form factor: Water-resistant bar phone, IP67 certification
  • General: 2G, 3G and 4G LTE connectivity
  • Dimensions: 142 x 72.5 x 8.1mm, 145 g
  • Display: 5.1" 16M-color Super AMOLED HD capacitive touchscreen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 pixels (431ppi)
  • Chipset: Snapdragon 800 MSM8974-AC
  • CPU: 2.5GHz Krait 400
  • GPU: Adreno 330
  • RAM: 2GB
  • OS: Android 4.4.2 (KitKat)
  • Memory: 16/32GB storage, microSD card slot
  • Still camera: 16 megapixel auto-focus camera
  • Video camera: UHD (2160p) video recording
  • Connectivity: Wi-Fi a/b/g/n/ac, Wi-Fi hotspot, Bluetooth 4.0, microUSB 3.0 with MHL, GPS receiver with A-GPS and GLONASS, 3.5mm audio jack, NFC, Infrared port
  • Battery: 2800mAh
  • Heart rate monitor
  • Fingerprint scanner
  • Additional sensors: humidity sensor, temperature sensor
The screen grew up only a bit and it kept the 1080p resolution rather than going to QHD.
The camera does, however, record UHD video - Samsung's initial information was for 1080p, but we can now confirm it's really 4K UHD (2160p).
Samsung does maintain the clockspeed advantage with a rare Snapdragon 800 chipset and while the fingerprint scanner was no surprise, the heart rate monitor certainly is.
TouchWiz was a bit of a surprise too. We got pumped up for a brand new flat version of Samsung's custom UI.
The back of the device is a new iteration of Samsung's leather-like plastic, with what looks like perforated holes. It only looks like it though, the Galaxy S5 is IP67 certified

SAMSUNG IS GONNA LAUNCH METAL GALAXY F ALONG WITH S5

Finally Samsung is gonna launch a device that's gonna have a nice metallic finish.Everyone so fed up with Samsung's boring Plastic finish this is just what fans need right now.Because when it came to looks Samsung was always behind,Especially flagship products like S4 & HTC One.HTC One with smoking Aluminium Body was preferred over S4. But now that's gonna change.

The Korean outlet, ETNews reported that Samsung plans to make a high end metal smartphone that is the Galaxy F. The phone will be decked out with a metal exterior, and should be launched around the same time as the highly awaited Galaxy S5.

This was supported by earlier reports that a production line in Vietnam was created for making metal casings for the Galaxy S5. We also previously reported that Samsung had plans for a metal clad, premium line of smartphones, which will carry the model number SM-G900F, giving more and more credence to the phone's rumored release.

The Galaxy F is purported to be Samsung's newest top-of-the line handset,But we dont know for sure whether it will have the premium technical specs. There's been rumors that in addition to the metal body of the Galaxy F, the phone will sport an awe inspiring QHD 2K display (2,560x1,600 pixels). However, these are clearly rumours and nothing new have announced yet.So will keep you posted if anything new pops up.

SAMSUNG WITH ITS NEW 4GB DDR4 MOBILE DRAM

Samsung has been working hard lately and it paid off,Today Samsung announced its 8Gb (that's 1GB) LPDDR4 mobile DRAM chip. This is not only the industry's first LPDDR4 mobile DRAM, but it's also the first mobile DRAM to fit such a high density (8 gigabits) on a single die. Four of those dies can successfully be combined for a total of 4GB of mobile memory - an amount that so far has not been achieved commercially.

Fabricated on the 20nm manufacturing process, the new mobile LPDDR4 chips promises to be

  • 50% faster than the fastest LPDDR3 memory
  • Consumes 40% less power at 1.1 volts.

Now thats an impressive feat and will be well received through out the entire phone industry.

The data transfer speeds the new 8Gb LPDDR4 DRAM chip can achieve are 3,200Mbps per pin - twice the speed of currently produced 20nm LPDDR3 DRAM.
Samsung also hints that the resulting 4GB RAM modules will be included in "UHD smartphones, tablets and ultra-slim notebooks," which paints a picture  about the jump in smartphone screen resolution going on now. Perhaps even the upcoming Galaxy S5 may be one of those UHD smartphones.
To utilize that kind of memory, the Galaxy S5 will need a 64-bit CPU architecture. Good thing Samsung promises it's 64-bit SoC will be ready in time for the phone's announcement (usually in the first half of the year). So we can expect the Galaxy S5 to be a heavily packed smartphone.

MICROSOFT BRIBES SAMSUNG TO PRODUCE WINDOWS PHONE

In addition to mentioning several unconfirmed details about upcoming Windows Phone 9 changes, Russian blogger Eldar Murtazin has also revealed an even more interesting note about Microsoft’s upcoming Windows Phone plans: apparently the Redmond-based giant plans to pay an astounding $1 billion “bribe” to another tech behemoth to ensure that it continues making Windows Phone handsets. “Another ‘good’ news from Microsoft,” Murtazin wrote on Twitter. “Company negotiates withSamsung and offer $1 billion support if vendor will produce Windows Phone devices.”
While this is just a rumor at this point, it wouldn’t be the first time Microsoft puts its cash reserves behind the development of Windows Phone, which is yet to pick up significant market share or profits in a world dominated by Android and iOS. The company paid Nokia $250 million per quarter to adopt Windows Phone, even though the Finnish company “returned” the favor with Windows Phone licensing fees – in March 2013, Nokia revealed that it still had to pay around $650 in licensing fees from that point until the contract expired, at which point licensing fees would surpass Microsoft’s “platform support payments.”
Microsoft did not stop with its Windows Phone spending spree there, deciding to buy the mobile division of Nokia for over $7 billion, a purchase that has received the go ahead from shareholders and industry regulators. Also worth noting is that Microsoft incentive developers with serious cash to bring their apps to the Windows Phone ecosystem.
As for Samsung, the South Korean company is currently king of the mobile business when it comes to market share, while dividing mobile profits with Apple, although the latter gets the larger chunk of cash each quarter. In addition to its Android and Tizen interests, Samsung already makes Windows Phones handsets and Windows 8 computers.
The company has been known to avoid placing its eggs in one basket when it comes to its mobile business and flooding the market with handsets to match every taste and pocket, so making Windows Phone smartphones may still be in the cards for Samsung for the near future, regardless of whether Murtazin’s rumor is correct or not. One thing that Microsoft is also said to be considering is dropping licensing fees for Windows Phone, which could also be a good enough incentive for interested OEMs to make more Windows Phone devices.

CRISTIANO RONALDO AND MESSI GONNA PLAY TOGETHER FOR GALAXY 11

This will be a dream come true for all the football fans out there,As the two Football legends Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi are on the same team. The Galaxy 11 team its a luxury only Samsung can offord.

The Real Madrid star Cristiano Ronaldo was the final one signing the team who will be facing a squad of aliens in a football game where the Earth’s future is at stake. To make it even more jawdropping the coaching duties have been assigned to German legend Franz Beckenbauer, who has proven to know a a lot about tactics.
The players on the team are Mario Gotze, Oscar dos Santos, Wu Lei, Stephan El Shaarawy, Victor Moses, Radamel Falcao, Lee Chung-Yong, Iker Casillas Wayne Rooney, Landon Donovan and Alexander Kerzhakov. If you ask us the squad is a bit light on defenders, but here’s hoping that The Kaiser figures out a way to set up him to work around that.
Naturally, all players will be counting on Samsung’s latest smartphones, phablets and the Galaxy Gear smartwatch to help them prepare. Here’s hoping that helps

ALL NEW GALAXY J FROM SAMSUNG

Earlier this fall Samsung launched Galaxy J smartphone in Japan. The SamsungGalaxyJ is already official and on sale on Japan's DoCoMo carrier but it now appears the phone is getting a wider release. The Galaxy J has been spotted on the Taiwanese communications regulatory website carrying the model number SGH-N075T, which could mean it will be available in other parts of Asia. Galaxy J is a premium device with a  5” with 1080p display and it is very similar to Galaxy S4 inside, but with Galaxy Note 3 looks, The device packs a 3GB RAM and Qualcomm Snapdragon 800.

It comes in three colors
  • Coral Pink
  • Satin White
  • Lapis Blue

There is still a chance that the phone might be exclusive to Japan & Taiwan. The Galaxy is kinda like a Hybrid between the S4 and Note 3 and it will certainly be loved by people outside Japan & Taiwan. So we can hope that phone makes its way to otherparts of Asia soon.

HOW TO INCREASE SAMSUNG TOUCHWIZ UI PERFORMANCE

  • Close Apps through Multitasking Window

The multi tasking window can be opening by pressing and holding the HOME button then clear all the apps on the list
Multiple Apps Opened Multitasking

  • Stop Unnecessary App Processes

There are quite a lot of app processes that keep running in the background, and many at a time are responsible for the slowing down of the device. It’s manually possible to shut down these processes where you need to go to Settings >Application Manager and there you would be able to see the active processes, from which you need to select the app processes which you feel should not be running unnecessarily.
Active Processes Galaxy

  • Stop S Voice Opening through Home Key

The S Voice feature was made to be a Siri alternative by Samsung, and it is not a bad feature, but the same wastes precious seconds when you try to access it through the home key, where double pressing the home key activates the S Voice. This takes 1-2 seconds unnecessarily, and for several of those users who don’t know much about the S Voice, and who feel that they don’t need the S Voice opening from the home key, go to the S Voice app > Settings and there uncheck the option “Open via the home key”.
S Voice Settings

  • Remove unnecessary widgets

Each and every widget that is located on the different homescreen uses the random memory to run, and because of being the live widgets such as the Weather, Clock, Mails, Social network updates widgets they keep the processor ticking and thus reduce the performance. If you are using them regularly, you may keep them or it’s better to remove the widgets.

  • Give your device a restart regularly

We know that this isn’t a computer to shut down and restart, but yes restarting the smartphone stops all the unwanted processes that you might have started and failed to close, and thus a restart of the system changes the speed quite a bit.

  • Disable the Animations

There are animations which can add to the delay of the activities, and these can be stopped if you really don’t feel any need to have them running on several instances. To stop these animations, you need to go to Settings > Developer options and set the following to off:
  • Window animation scale
  • Transition animation scale
  • Animator duration scale
So these above tips would come handy when you feel that your Samsung devices are  being laggy and has become slow on performance, and you need some ways rather than rooting it to make the performance better than what it is right now.
