CUT THE ROPE 2

We already know that Cut the Rope 2 will debut on December 19 on the iOS platfrom with the Android version following suit early next year.

But now Zeptolab has launched a trailer for the upcoming title which shows some new characters, gameplay and is quite entertaining to watch. We can’t wait for the game to hit – it will cost $0.99 for iPhone and we’re guessing will be either free with ads or the same price on Android smartphones when it drops.

INTRO

contre Jour is a physics-based puzzle video game for Windows Phone,Android, Apple iOS and Symbian. It was developed in 2011 by Ukrainian developer Mokus and published by Electronic Arts through its label Chillingo. The art for the game Contre Jour created by artist Mihai Tymoshenko. The soundtrack for Contre Jour was composed by David Ari Leon. The game focuses upon a little blob named Petit,whose only means of locomotion is to be maneuvered around by manipulating his environment through the various areas of the game using the touch screen.

PLAY

Use your finger to morph the landscape, propelling the mysterious creature Petit to safety. Pull, swipe, and tap gadgets such as tendrils, air geysers, and pulleys to complete clever puzzles. Set to a poignant orchestrated soundtrack from composer David Ari Leon, Contre Jour both delights and bedevils from start to finish.

Here is another interesting puzzle game.Just playing 1 or 2 levels is enough get you addicted to this game, the first levels are very easier but things get difficult and tricky as we move forward

INTRO

Flow Free is a puzzle game developed by Big Duck Games and released for iOS on June 7, 2012. The game was shortly ported to the Windows Mobile platform and an Android version was released on June 29. The game is played on a grid, where the player must connect different colored circles to fill in every square. The colored lines created by dragging from one circle to another cannot cross other lines, so the challenge is to work out a path for each color only knowing the starting and ending points. Difficulty increases with larger grids, ranging from the 5×5 easy grids to the difficult 14×14 ones.

INTRO

spirits is a Lemmingsinspired action-puzzle game for the iPad, iPhone and iPod touch, in which you manipulate wind and ground elements to guide the Spirits towards the goal. This is done with four different actions: Blow or block wind, dig tunnels and grow bridges of leaves. Besides the sound and music which are completely done with orchestral musical instruments, Spirits includes beautifully hand-drawn graphics which give the game a unique poetic feel. If you have seen Limbo, you will know exactly what this means. Foreground and background are played against one another, ie as you pan across your level they move in different speeds giving a sense of depth. Wind is represented using wonderfully light particles emitted both from the environment and spirits you assign this action to, all of this contributing to the beautiful environment to indulge and kill even most precious hours.
