1. Connect your iPhone to your computer and open up the latest version of iTunes.
2. Back up your iPhone so you do not lose any important apps/files.
3. Following this, left click on your device in iTunes, so it brings it up in the right hand side
main window.

4. After this, if you are not on
iOS 6.1.4 (for iPhone 5)
iOS 6.1.3 (for iPhone 4and iPhone4S)
then either update it normally or with your iPhone switched on, hold the shift button,
meanwhile click restore and look for your iOS 6.1.4/6.1.3 firmware that you downloaded.

5. Once it is restored, follow the on-screen instructions until you see the “set device as” on your computer in iTunes.
6. Now tick on “set devices as new iPhone”.
7. Click continue.
8. Follow on the on-screen instructions.
9. Once it is done, on your iTunes “Shift+click” on “check for update”.
10.A new Window will pop up, simply select on iOS 7 beta 1 IPSW you downloaded from the above link.
